How to order
You can browse our online catalog and order any of our handcrafted items with a few clicks. We’ll send you a confirmation email and let you know a timeframe for delivery. We also regularly take custom orders, which can be a modification of one of our existing designs or a piece designed and built from scratch. Custom orders typically require a 50% deposit to secure your spot and place your project in our queue on our shop calendar, and the rest of the payment is due before we ship or you pick up your order. We’d love to hear your ideas for a custom piece of furniture, so don’t hesitate to contact us.
Lead time
We build all of our furniture to order, so it takes us between 6 to 12 weeks to finish a piece. Sometimes, we have some pieces in stock that you can order and get right away. If your order needs to be completed in a shorter time we can expedite on a case-by-case basis. Please note that expedited orders will require an additional charge.
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change, so we give you 48 hours to cancel your order and get a refund, minus a $75 processing fee. After that, you can still cancel your order until we start making it, but you’ll have to pay a 25% restocking fee. We do not refund deposits on cancellation of custom orders.
Returns
We take pride in our craftsmanship and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We don’t accept returns for custom orders or special items, so please keep that in mind. If you need to change anything with your design please make sure to do so before finishing. We typically include you in the whole process so please don’t hesitate to reach out and make any adjustments.
